Description

Vintage ceramic Chinese Foo Dog Figure of unknown age or origin. This rare collectible is in excellent condition, has grazing throughout. There are no chips or cracks. This item weighs 4# and measures 10" in length and the height is 7.5". This has multi- colored glaze coating. The Foo Dog is portrayed as holding a Chinese coin in its mouth, with smaller coins lining the body. The piece is hollow with a tiny pinhole acting as a dog's anus, but the walls of the statue are very thick, giving the item a certain heft for its size. The bottoms of the Dog's feet are unfinished with no. makers mark anywhere. This is very sturdy. Please see pictures for details. E mail with questions. Shipping is USPS.
