It appears to be made of a composite material (possibly a mixture of resins, etc) and it will probably date to the 20th century but is made to look antique, unfortunately, it is not suitable for our sales as it has little resale value at auction and likely to make less than £40. I’m pretty sure it would make more than 99p though
